Design Process

Our design process begins with determining the goals and objectives of the online business through collaboration with our customer. Once these are established, a plan is developed that outlines the information architecture (IA), marketing tools and navigation of the new site. The goal is to understand the site from the perspective of the goals and objectives of the business then develop the tools to direct visitors to the site and once they are there use navigational and psychological "triggers" to drive them the "calls to action" built into the site.

• Determine the marketing objectives of the online business.
• Determine the target audience of the Website and their browsing habits.
• Perform a competitive analysis. Analyze competitive Websites evaluating effectiveness and determining marketing strategies and design elements which make the site effective.
• Perform a traffic analysis. If there is an existing Website evaluate the log files and current traffic reports. Determine the traffic patterns and search engine placement of competitive sites.
